Recent changes

Hello Mina, Two things of note: First, is it me, or has the been in increase in the occurrence of component failures? I understand that free handouts and making the best equipment easily attainable in the game would take the fun out of the hunt, but this feels more like things have become harder to come by. Secondly, there has been quite a few reports of some players somehow freezing their accuracy meter, then overpowering their shot. I personally have experienced this myself once, and thought it was a fluke, or that the person was just exceptionally lucky at hitting a perfect shot with the meter shaking like crazy. Turns out, this was not a one-off. Unfortunately, getting any sort of visual proof to you about this proves to be exceedingly difficult because it would require either recording every matchplay, or having some extremely good foresight. If for some reason this is a skills trait, you might seriously consider putting a limit on what they can do at their maximum capacity. Then again, it may be difficult to put that toothpaste back in the tube.

I wanted to note as well, that there are several of us that still love this game and have been with it since it’s inception. There are several of us that worked very hard to keep people involved in the game despite their frustrations, and it would go a long way to show them you appreciate there loyalty. Unfortunately, we have already lost a great number of really good people in this game due to inconsistencies, cheating players, and increasing frustrations with increasing hardships within the game. Hello Murphicus! Thanks for sharing your concerns and thoughts regarding these matters. We hope you understand that we always acquire players to send proofs or evidence of the issue they have encountered, as this is also one of the important things we have to bring up to our developers so they can readily investigate and see the actual issue they experienced. We are also checking every concern that our players sent to us and replicating it on our end to confirm if there will be an ongoing issue in the game. So we are always asking for our player's understanding and cooperation so we can help them properly and give them the advice to sort the issue if it's not on our end's problem. Regarding the components, we want you to know that we haven't changed any of them, and if there is, we included them on our patch notes. 


We know, and we understand the frustrations that our players have. And we also want you to know that we are doing our best to bring it up with our department, and we will do everything for the best in the game and to our players. 


However, Mina is here to help you bring this up as well to the management, and hopefully, they make changes that anything that will make it convenient for you. 


By the way, if you can't remember, Mina is the Girl who taught everyone in the game from our Tutorial feature. If you wanna see her once again, you can reset your Tutorial from your settings.

You always "acquire" players to send proofs?  There is another thread here regarding shots from 60-100 with several videos of proof which Eagle Support has yet to respond to.

Sour, I’m a fan, my man. Also, wanted to lend another voice to the ongoing issues that some feel are being dismissed. Mina (now I feel like I’m talking with a game character rather than a human), thank you for your reply. The biggest reason some of your gamer’s issues and frustrations are being reiterated is because they are feeling dismissed. Sour has already posted, along with others, proof in another thread that has yet to be responded to. They worked hard to make that case for you and the development team. I can say that two of my clan mates have recently posted to you (with video) about the clan bug, as have many in the game this past three days, which has recently been addressed in an update, so we know you and the team are working hard. Thank you
Also, there seems to be a bug in this forum. A few final comments were left out of the above post
