We hope you understand that we always acquire players to send proofs or evidence of the issue they have encountered, as this is also one of the important things we have to bring up to our developers so they can readily investigate and see the actual issue they experienced. We are also checking every concern that our players sent to us and replicating it on our end to confirm if there will be an ongoing issue in the game. So we are always asking for our player's understanding and cooperation so we can help them properly and give them the advice to sort the issue if it's not on our end's problem. Regarding the components, we want you to know that we haven't changed any of them, and if there is, we included them on our patch notes.
We know, and we understand the frustrations that our players have. And we also want you to know that we are doing our best to bring it up with our department, and we will do everything for the best in the game and to our players.

You always "acquire" players to send proofs? There is another thread here regarding shots from 60-100 with several videos of proof which Eagle Support has yet to respond to.
