Hello, if this happens again we recommend sending a ticket in our support page with the reported player name and a video replay of the issue encountered so that we can investigate this matter and will give an immediate action once proven.
Eagle support could you clarify in regards to “video replay”? I am bit confused because a video of a match in the archive tab just shows our shots only, no clock, no opponent, so the issue wouldn’t even be visible. Thanks...
