Hi James! I understand that you like to sync your character to another device. I would like you to know that this message appears when you are trying to sync your account to the same device model. To sync your character, you only need to log in to the same Google account (if you're using an Android device) or Game Center account (if you're using an iOS device) you linked to your character. Once you log into the same game account, reinstall the game to the another device and click the 'Recover Account' button.
