To properly assist everyone with their concern, we highly advise attaching either a screenshot or a video replay of the issue they have encountered. To attach a file, please refer to the guide below:


  1. Lobby
  2. Tap the '?' question mark button on the left part of the screen


   3. Fill in all the details (Do not forget to specify your device model and app version number; to check your current app version, please go to settings>lower right part of your screen. ex. 1.3.3

   4. Please tap the +Attach a file


Android:

Browse your saved screenshot or video on your device gallery and attach it to your ticket.


iOS:

Browse your saved screenshot or video on your photo library and attach it to your ticket.
