Note - If your purchase was a Pack (multiple items in a bundle), they are delivered to your in-game Mail you can check by selecting Mail from the Main Menu screen.

If you didn't receive an item you purchased on an iPhone or iPad devices, first try these steps:

1) Wait one hour, if you just made the purchase it can still be stuck processing.

2) Close the app then open it again.  See How to force an app to close.

3) From the main menu screen tap on the gear icon and then select  the "Restore IAP" button, then wait a moment and check your in game mail and the items should arrive.

If you still have not received your item, check if the status of the transaction via iTunes purchase history here is still pending, if not please contact the Apple Support Team directly for a refund.
