Note - If your purchase was a Pack (multiple items in a bundle), they are delivered to your in-game Mail you can check by selecting Mail from the Main Menu screen.
If you didn't receive an item you purchased on an Android phone, first try these steps:
1) Wait one hour, if you just made the purchase it can still be stuck processing.
2) Restart the app. You can close the app by going to Settings - Apps - Perfect Swing - and selecting Force Stop.
3) From the main menu screen tap on the gear icon and then select the "Restore IAP" button, then wait a moment and check your in game mail and the items should arrive.
If you still have not received your items, we are truly sorry and request that you reach out to our Customer Support team who will be happy to take care of you. Please send us an email or create a new support ticket, and include your username in the game and Google Play order number (that looks like GPA.1234-1234-1234-12345).
